Contract Philosophy
Puppy Contract Philosophy
Sabine van der Zwan — Thai Bangkaew Breeder & Author
This page represents the philosophy behind every Thai Bangkaew puppy I place in a new home.
This is not only a contract between breeder and buyer.
It is a promise between us, humans and dogs.
My Beliefs
I believe a dog is not a product.
I believe breeding is preservation, not reproduction.
I believe ownership begins with responsibility, not desire.
The Thai Bangkaew is a guardian breed shaped by loyalty, intelligence, and pride. It deserves leadership, structure, respect, and lifelong commitment.
My Promise as a Breeder
I promise that every puppy is bred with:
-
Respect for bloodline
-
Low COI
-
Careful health consideration
-
Early socialization
-
Emotional stability
-
Preservation of true breed character
I do not breed for trends.
I breed for legacy.
The Owner’s Responsibility
By accepting a Roy Hill Thai Bangkaew puppy, the owner agrees to:
-
Provide leadership and structure
-
Offer lifelong care and protection
-
Never abandon, neglect, or exploit the dog
-
Seek education when challenges arise
-
Respect the guardian nature of the breed
A Shared Commitment
This puppy is not owned.
This puppy is entrusted.
Entrusted to a family who understands that loyalty must be earned and guardianship must be honored.
Closing Words
Every Thai Bangkaew puppy carries a story that began in Thailand and continues through the family who receives it.
My role is to protect that story.
Your role is to continue it with dignity.
